By renting a bicycle from Paris Bike Rental, you agree to the following:
You rent the bicycle for the plan and duration you paid for. Returning it late results in additional charges at the daily rate, prorated. The bicycle must be returned in the same condition it was rented in, normal wear excepted.
You ride at your own risk. You agree to wear suitable safety equipment and obey French traffic laws at all times. You are responsible for the bicycle from the moment you receive the unlock code until you (or the partner) mark it returned in the app.
If the bicycle is stolen during your rental, you must report it to the police and to us within 24 hours. Otherwise you remain liable for the replacement value of the bicycle. Damage beyond normal use will be invoiced at the cost of repair.
You confirm that the identification document you uploaded is genuine and belongs to you. False or stolen identification is a criminal offense and will be reported.
Plans paid for but not yet started can be cancelled with a full refund within 24 hours of payment. Once an unlock code has been issued, no refund is available.
