We collect only the minimum personal information needed to rent a bicycle to you safely and legally.
Your name, email, phone number, and a photo of your identification document. We also retain a record of which bicycles you rented, when, and how much you paid. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Identification photos are deleted within 30 days of your last rental. Rental records are kept for 5 years to comply with French accounting law. Email and phone are kept as long as your account is active.
Only the owner and partner of Paris Bike Rental. We never sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes. We use Cloudflare, Stripe, Twilio, and Google for technical infrastructure; their privacy policies apply to the data they process.
You can request a copy of all data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Send your request to: contact@parisbikerental.fr — we respond within 30 days.
